Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking!
- There is 24 hours cancelation/reschedule policy that results to 40% of booked service fee. If you need to modify your scheduled appointment please do prior 24 hours window. No-show results to NO FUTURE bookings.
- LATE arrival. If you are late to the appointment with no prior communication, your appointment will be either altered to fit the remaining time of your appointment time ( example You have booked Acrylic + Tier 1 or Tied 2 service that will be altered to Acrylic Solid color ). If you are more than 15 mins late ( including 16,17,18 etc mins) your appointment will be CANCELED and last minute cancellation fee applied.
